In the hotel restaurant, enjoy modern, light Czech cuisine of the highest quality, which includes a rich palette of flavours and colours. We are proud of our chefs who lovingly prepare dishes to the highest standards and with our guests' special dietary requirements in mind.

We prepare food using the sous-vide method, which means that we vacuum meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients and cook them in a water bath at a carefully controlled temperature (55 - 60 °C) for varying lengths of time. This process preserves the natural flavour, juiciness and texture of the food. This naturalness is typical of our cuisine. That's why we try to honour seasonal ingredients, and what we don't grow ourselves, we source from local suppliers.

Thanks to the generosity of our hens, you can enjoy the truly natural and full flavor of all egg dishes. You can thank the authors in person, as they live in an eco-cottage right in the meadow next to the hotel. In order not to get soft, feel free to take a plate of homemade eggs home with you. We won't keep such goodness all to ourselves.
